I have CCleaner on 2 computers.
On pc1 I see Telegram under the application tab (installed on Drive C)
On the second pc, Telegram is missing. (installed on Drive D)
Correct. Ccleaner mostly only includes programs installed in the default location, even if it detects the program (through registry instead of file as some applications are in ccleaner) it might not correctly clean if the files it cleans are not in the default location .
You can see what ccleaner detects and cleans by running ccleaner.exe /export from commamd prompt and searching the resulting file for telegram
Does the entry for Telegram in CCleaners Applications tab on the first machine have an asterisk (star) next to it?
If so that indicates that it is an extra that has been added to the standard cleaning list, (probably by winapp2).
