Tech Support

Is there anyway to get some actual Tech Support for this POS software???!!!

At this point I WILL NOT be renewing, nor recommending this to anyone!!!

I am TIRED of getting a “Please ensure your PC is connected to the internet and try again” error message when using “Health Check” and the “Speed and Security Check Issue”…

And yes, I do have an active connection, and yes, I tried turning my VPN off, and yes, I have the latest version (6.31.11415)…

I am DONE!!!..I bet if I were a business I could get some real Tech Support right?

I am so frustrated with ccleaner at this point. Version 7 crashed my web browser and removed all of my bookmarks. To date I have found no way to contact anyone at ccleaner about this and all of the posted fixes do not work. I used the free versions for years and the first time I pay for it, it screws up everything. I cannot contact anyone to get my money back for give me a fix. What the hell!
