Is there anyway to get some actual Tech Support for this POS software???!!!
At this point I WILL NOT be renewing, nor recommending this to anyone!!!
I am TIRED of getting a “Please ensure your PC is connected to the internet and try again” error message when using “Health Check” and the “Speed and Security Check Issue”…
And yes, I do have an active connection, and yes, I tried turning my VPN off, and yes, I have the latest version (6.31.11415)…
I am DONE!!!..I bet if I were a business I could get some real Tech Support right?
