How come my task bar turned from black to white when downloading the latest free version of ccleaner?

Do you mean ''downloading it'' or ''using it'' ?

If it was as you were downloading it from the internet, where did you download it from?

Can you give more info such as what operating system you have, and if it was when you ran CCleaner did you do a registry clean as well?

To me it sounds like a Personalization/Theme setting in Windows 10 v1903 - but I could be wrong.

Can you give more info such as what operating system you have, and if it was when you ran CCleaner did you do a registry clean as well?
