Systeme corrompu après nettoyage CCleaner

Bonjour

J’ai fait un nettoyage complet avec la version d’essai CCleaner Pro sur mon laptop. Le nettoyage comprenait des mises à jour de pilotes. Puis je l’ai éteint proprement. Mais depuis impossible de le rallumer. Mon ordi mouline à l’infini sur le logo Dell. J’ai forcé l’arrêt par le bouton. Puis tenté de le rallumer. Mais je suis toujours bloquée.

Comment puis-je rallumer mon laptop ?

Try turning off the power, then back on, as soon as you see a logo turn the power off again.
Do the same again.
Turn the power on again for a 3rd time and the computer should boot into the Windows Recovery Environment, from there you have various troubleshooting and other options/tools that you can use to try and fix it.
