ccleaner is stuck in my system tray again.
Again? What do you mean? Do you have smart cleaning or fetch updates enabled? What version of windows? What version of ccleaner (don't say latest that means nothing)
5.87.9306 Windows 10 pro 64bit. I see no options in the options that would help. Most are unchecked.
You have shown 'Advanced' and 'Settings' - Nergal asked specifically about 'Smart Cleaning' and 'Updates'.
If either 'Smart Cleaning' or 'Updates' (Keep CCleaner updated automatically) is enabled then Windows will put a CCleaner icon in your system tray.
I use custom cleaning. You'll have to provide more information. I can check again for updating.

Smartcleaning is the sixth item in the options left hand menu, please take a screenshot of that. Also eighth item in that list (updates) take a screen shot of that
If either of those is enabled then Windows will put a CCleaner icon in your System Tray.
