Running 3.26 CC and it just hangs (work symbol turns then quits) while attempting to view System Restore points
List is blank - no entries
not much to go on, but have you tried deleting your System Restore points (Control Panel, System, System Protection, Configure, Delete - that's for Win7)
warning; this will leave you with no Restore Points - no biggie as it sounds like they may be corrupted anyway.
after you blow them away, make another one by Start, All Programs, Accessories, System Tools, System Restore, this will give you a fallback if you ever need it.
