After reviewing our records, I can see that two chat sessions were initiated via the Contact Us form on the CCleaner Help Center. Unfortunately, as you did not respond in either chat, both cases were automatically closed.
To get this resolved, please use the same Contact Us form to start a new chat. If the virtual assistant isn’t able to help with your query, request to be connected with a live agent.

I initiated the refund process through the live chat connection. It was difficult, but I managed. Thank you very much. I thought just filling out the form would be enough. Thanks again.
