All I want is my refund. I don’t want ANY of the offers. I haven’t used this service in YEARS and I keep getting charged just give me my money back and not another bot response with “offers” . The fact you have to spend 90$/yr to deal with real people in A REASONABLE time is ridiculous. You guys guaranteed a reply in 48 hrs. Please update your support system it isn’t 2003. Also you guys make it so damn hard to find the REAL support option on your website.

I havent gotten one back but their bot reply came an hour after submitting it. It’s been 4+ days since and no response about my issue. I literally only got an email about their “offers” and not an actual response to what I needed help with.

So its been over 7 days now. Not a single response back, not at single support trying to help under this thread either despite actively helping under other threads. Am I ever gonna get any help for my money back or we just waiting till it passes the policy period?
We are aware that support are taking a very long time to reply at the moment.
However I do see from another thread that Waseem has now received a refund:

I’m afraid that you will just have to be patient and wait for support to reply - But I can give you a tip:
Once you have sent a request then don’t send further emails/requests until you get a reply from a support agent.
If you do then that will just slow things down even more.
While your request is in the queue waiting to get to a support person the queueing system will see any/all new communication from you as further information for your existing request, so adds it to the ones you have already sent and puts it all at the back of the queue again as one new request.
