Tried to send a mess age however the e-mail said that the address did not exist.

Anyway I had purchased the 2 year plan two months ago and have not received any notifications. Also the receipt shows that the now subscriptions started 3 months prior to my existing account.

This may not be the right place but I have not been able to contact anyone.

We have no access to accounts or billing here on the user forum.

Not sure why the email address bounced for you, had you typed it or clicked on a link somewhere?
