There are a few settings that CCleaner doesn't touch in Firefox that irk me a bit.
In %USERPROFILE%\Application Data\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\*\prefs.js, a few entries could be redacted:
browser.download.lastDir
general.open_location.last_url
However, in doing some searching here, it seems there is hesitation in having CCleaner clean the prefs.js?
