CCleaner has the files and folder custom deleted is good, I think it's time to add custom registry key to deleted.
Many software generates some registry useless key,which includes a lot of privacy information
that’s necessary to add this function.
Actually there is. It's winapp2.ini. It can be found here. You can have it remove certain registry keys. I have done it back in the day. You could set it up to clean multiple reg keys for different programs, if that is what you want to do. Just have it detect a common .exe in the Windows or system32 folder. Just be cautious and know what you are doing if you make a winapp2.ini file.
