Subscription / right of withdrawal / no answer?

Hi.
I mailed to “cs@cleverbridge.com” the following “right of withdrawal” request on june 19th. I received an email asking me to use the ccleaner support web page but there is no category for my request.
Please contact me/tell me how to process ?
Important: the 14 days have now expired BUT my mail request was sent on time.
