I have used the product on my Android and PC separate descriptions for years. Because I don’t have a PC anymore I allowed that subscription to cease. I canceled the renewal on it. I maintain my Android subscription and pro license and Google Play store says it expires today. It’s set up for automatic renewal. However CCleaner states that my pro subscription expires next month on the 13th. Why don’t the subscriptions match? They’re the same subscription key and purchase?? Anyways, my pro product worked fine yesterday and today it’s down to a basic free user level! This doesn’t make any sense to me?? How do I get this straight before I find another product to use that doesn’t have these kind of problems?

Now the program says that my subscription that is automatic renewal through Google Play store is expired on the 10th but renewing on the 12th of this month? But I have a valid subscription until May 13th?? It’s not making any sense?

Subscription on Google Play store with auto renewal on the 10th of april. However CCleaner that the subscription isn’t valid until the 14th. This is an automatic renewal. So now I have it lapse of service by 2 days? However I have verification that the account is good until May 14th! What a bunch of crooks. I’m really wondering how many other people are having these theft problems by CCleaner and Google Play store?

Subscriptions for CCleaner Android purchased through the Play store are with Google and not with CCleaner.
They do not have a licence key, they are linked to your Google account.
(Note that you have to be logged into your Google account for that version to be activated as Pro).

In fact CCleaner know nothing at all about individual Play Store purchases and have no record of them, that’s all Google.

However if you have activated CCleaner Android with a CCleaner Plus or CCleaner Premium multi-device licence key then that is with CCleaner and not with Google.

It sounds as if you may somehow have done BOTH - purchased through the Play Store and also activated CCleaner Android with a CCleaner multi-device key as well.
In other words you have in effect paid for the same thing in two different ways (paid for it twice).

That might explain the couple of days diference? ie, You did one a couple of days after the other?
In your Google account look at your Play Store purchases and see what it currently says there for the CCleaner that you purchased through the store.
