Subscription canceling issue

Today I started a 60 day free trial for CCleaner that said it wouldn’t charge me till January 5th. I only got the trial to update my drivers, so as soon as I was done with those, I tried to cancel it on the website. To cancel it, it asked for my “Cleverbridge reference number” that said was in the email sent to me with the billing information. I inputted my email when activating the trial, but I never received any email from CCleaner about the billing information nor the reference number, so now I cannot cancel my subscription. What am I even supposed to do here
