Subscribed for the 2 month free trial and now I want to end the trial

I have subscribed for the 2 months free trial without connecting any google account and now I want to cancel the subscription. But I couldn’t manage the subscription as I have not connected any account. It is asking for the email and cleverbridge reference number for cancelling the subscription. How can I solve this issue ?

Did you actually register an email address?
Did you actually give any payment or your payment details to Cleverbridge?

If you haven’t done both of those things yet then you do not yet have a subscription to be managed.

If you have registered your name and email, and paid or given payment details to Cleverbridge, then you should have been sent a purchase email with details of your purchase, a Licence Key to activate CCleaner as Pro, and other reference details.
Have you received such an email? Have you checked your email spam folder?

PS. I’m not sure why you are talking about your Google account, Google has nothing to do with CCleaner for Windows.

IF you have registered and paid, but cant find your confirmation email then you can look your Cleverbridge reference up here:

Normally when ‘Manage Supscription’ doesn’t work then you need to contact support.
However if you have not registered an email address then the system will not recognise you as a registered (paying) customer.

If that’s the case then you should wait for the trial period to expire, at which time it should ask you to register and pay if you want to keep CCleaner Pro.

Note that support can be very slow these days, a week or two to reply is not uncommon, so have patience and wait for them to reply. (sending follow ups before they have replied will actually slow things down).
