Subscribed but can't find registered email or ref no

I currently have an 1 year subscription of CCleaner pro, and have a valid license key in use. But I am not able to manage the subscription as the ccleaner website shows my email address is not associated with any key. And I also couldn’t find the purchase email in my email inbox.

But the thing is, I did make a payment of subscription fee which I can still find the payment record of. And I only have 1 personal email. Unfortunately I can’t remember the details when I made the subscription and payment.

So is there any method for me to find the registered email or reference number? (I have the license key with me).

Does the payment record you have not show a date?
For licence details etc you will have to contact Piriform directly.

That sounds as if you mistyped your own email when purchasing, so you registered an incorrect email - It happens more often than you might imagine.

Yea I contacted ccleaner support, but didn’t receive their reply after more than 10 days so tried to ask here. Anyway they replied me now and the issue is solved. Thanks!
