Message:
Hello CCleaner Support,
I am writing because I have recently experienced a security incident and I have lost access to my license information for CCleaner.
Here is what happened:
My computer was infected with malware, and during the incident, my primary email account ( ***********) was compromised.
My email was found on the dark web, and as a result, several services linked to this account were affected.
I lost access to the emails that contained my CCleaner license details due to the account breach and temporary lock by Google.
I am in the process of cleaning and securing my system and accounts, but I currently do not have my CCleaner license to reinstall or activate the product.
Request:
I would like to kindly request your assistance in recovering my CCleaner license, linked to this email address or another identifier if available.
If you need further verification of my purchase, I can provide additional information.
Thank you for your understanding and support during this situation.
if possible use *******
Kind regards,
I have removed the 2 different email addresses you posted in a public forum where anyone in the world could see them.
It is not really surprising that you got infected if you post your email for everyone to see.
We cannot do anything regarding your licence here on the forum you will have to contact support for that
web support…

email is…
support@ccleaner.com
Just to note that you can normally lookup your key here: CCleaner.com - License Lookup
Hovever it is sent to the registered email, and if Google has locked that gmail account then you won’t be able to get it.
Second note:
Breaches happen, millions of email addresses, passwords, and other details are in data breaches that happen everyday.
Posting your email(s) in plain sight where anyone can see then is not going to help keep it secure,
Anyone can check if their email(s) or password(s) have been breached, and how many times, using this Free service:
If yours have been in a breach then there is plenty of online advice on what to do about that.
It’s unlikely that you have malware on your machine, data breaches are of servers not your machine, but it’s always good to check your machine anyway.
If you suspect that your machine is infected then I suggest that you get Free help from one of the expert malware ‘check and removal’ services offered on various reputable forums.
If/when you do only use one (only use one at a time) and folllow their instructions all the way through until they pronounce that your machine is clear of malware.
I’d suggest that you start here: https://forums.malwarebytes.com/topic/9573-im-infected-what-do-i-do-now/
The same experts can be found at other fora such as BleepingComputer, etc.
