I’ve been trying to contact support through the live chat, but it isn’t working, so I’m posting here instead.
I recently signed up for the 60-day free trial, and my card was charged after the trial ended. I didn’t intend to continue with the paid subscription, and I haven’t used any paid features since the charge.
My order details are as follows:

Could you please assist me with a refund for this transaction?

If you want to manage and/or cancel your subscription then there is a webpage for that here: Subscription Management
If you need to look up your Cleverbridge reference then: Customer Support Contact Page
If you need to look up your CCleaner licence key then use this tool: CCleaner.com - License Lookup
If you can’t use those, (eg can no longer access your registered email), or for anything else account/billing related, including refunds, then you will need to contact support using the ‘Live Chat’.
All customers MUST now use the ‘Live Chat’ support service. It is currently the only way to contact support.
IMPORTANT- Don’t just fill in the form and leave - If you do not engage with the chat then you will not get any reply.
Ive seen some staffs from ccleaner are replying to the posts here, thought i could give a shot to resolve this, yes i have filled the form and waited in the chat for hours on end , with no reply.
That’s fair enough, (it’s currently Laurence_CCleaner who escalates some cases in the company), but you sould be aware that they can and do do tend to go missing for a month or more at a time. (it seems especially when there are a lot of complaints like with CCleaner7).
When that happens there is just us experienced users/moderators answering and advising on what we can.
