Still waiting for the promised super support after becoming a subscriber to the pro version, Kamo is not working

I reported to support over 3 weeks ago that my Kamo had suddenly stopped working and now when I activate the private mode, it goes green for a second then instantly switches back to red again with a message it is inactive. I have a ref number **Re: #23771507 - Cleaner Premium Chat, which I now don’t seem able to get onto the chat service. I was dealing with Ritik, who said that he had escalated it to the higher tech team and that they would contact me. I’m still waiting for that contact and a resolution to the problem. I have already wiped my hard drive, formatted and done a fresh install of Windows 11 Pro, which currently version 25H2 and the problem is still there.

I have not installed any other programs, so there cannot be a clash with anything else, can someone please assist me?**

I have requested the team to prioritise your case.

I have the same identical problem. Still waiting for a response….

In the end I gave up, never gave me a solution, so I installed it on my laptop as well and it worked. So the only diiference I could see was that my desktop had a few extensions. and the laptop none, so I turned all of on my desktop and it worked OK after that. I can’t remember which extension it was that was clashing with it.
