I reported to support over 3 weeks ago that my Kamo had suddenly stopped working and now when I activate the private mode, it goes green for a second then instantly switches back to red again with a message it is inactive. I have a ref number **Re: #23771507 - Cleaner Premium Chat, which I now don’t seem able to get onto the chat service. I was dealing with Ritik, who said that he had escalated it to the higher tech team and that they would contact me. I’m still waiting for that contact and a resolution to the problem. I have already wiped my hard drive, formatted and done a fresh install of Windows 11 Pro, which currently version 25H2 and the problem is still there.
I have not installed any other programs, so there cannot be a clash with anything else, can someone please assist me?**
