Still haven't received my key even though payment was made 1 month ago.

My subscription payment is made via PayPal. It was debited on February 28, 2025. My key expires in 3 days!
I can’t activate my key renewal through the software because you don’t recognize my Cleverbridge reference!
I sent you an email with all the payment details. I was supposed to receive a response within 48 hours, but I still haven’t heard from you, and frankly, this is starting to seriously annoy me!

You say that you have already contacted support and have a support ticket number (which I have removed from view for your security) in which case you will have to be patient and wait for them to reply.

Is this a PayPal repeating payment?
You should check that on your Paypal account, because sometimes PayPal will continue to take them even when the subscription, etc. they are for has been cancelled.

I’ve never had to cancel my subscription. I had the same problem last year, but it was resolved within two days. You reactivated my key.
