The "Error STATUS_ACCESS_VIOLATION" is a known bug in Chrome and Edge Chromium.
And as the CCleaner browser is also Chromium based then the bug may well be affecting it as well.
The last I heard Google don't have a fix for it yet, updating your browser may fix it. (But may not).

If you are using Windows 10 2004 then there is another current bug in Chrome that you should also be aware of.
