Found the following two programs listed under my Startup / ScheduledTasks CC Cleaner tab and don't know what they are or what I should do - keep enabled or disabled or delete?

You don't need to create multiple threads for the same question/problem. Also not sure if "Bug Reporting" is the right category for this.
Those are probably safe to disable. If no problems occurs during boot/restart, you can delete the tasks.
Which Windows & CCleaner version are you using?
