Same problem!!! File ID: 9B0IA

Thanks @Luchs1977, I have passed these on to our development team for review.

I have the same issue with the Manage Apps not working on the 2 PC’s I have running windows 11 and 2 that run windows 10. I will not be re-upping my subscriptions until this issue is fixed. Sad to see such a great product fail like this. I have been using it since the early 2000’s.

I have the same issue. New Windows 11 Pro laptop, running CCleaner Pro 7.21080. The ‘startup manager’ function does not launch when I attempt to press the virtual button. CCleaner seems to be working in all other respects.

Hi All,
After reviewing the logs you provided, our development team has identified that the issue is caused by a conflict with Microsoft Teams.
If you are affected by this issue, please follow these steps:

  1. Uninstall Microsoft Teams.
  2. Restart your PC.
  3. Verify if the issue is resolved after rebooting.

Our team is actively working on a fix; however, we are unable to provide an estimated timeline for its availability at this moment.

That’s right, if you uninstall Teams, CCleaner works again, even without restarting. Of course, it also works after restarting. If you then reinstall Teams, it still works. Strangely, the Startup Manager starts as soon as you select the menu item, but the blue button on the right side of the window no longer appears. Teams also works. If you then restart, a message appears saying “Teams is being set up” and then the Startup Manager CC7 no longer starts. So, first an analysis, but unfortunately not the solution. THANK YOU!

Thank you for confirming that uninstalling Teams resolved the issue for you.

A new version 7.3.1120 has been released. Three new tabs are now visible in Startup Manager:

  1. Autostart Apps tab EMPTY!!
  2. Scheduled Tasks tab is filled
  3. Windows Services tab is also filled.

This means that the autostart programs are still not visible and cannot be selected. Thanks for the first steps to solve it.

Nothing happens ??? When will the problem be solved??
Is the Release the actual? 7.3.1120
