Startup and HKCU

There is a bug with startup cleaner and HKCU keys, these don't show it.

We need much much more information

CCleaner version (don't say "latest" give actual version number)

Operating system version and Service pack (if Vista/7/8 is UAC turned off (either on the whole PC or via the CCleaner option)

What entries aren't showing up

Win7 Ultimate x64 SP1

UAC Disabled

CCleaner 3.24.1850 Portable

I don't even have that path in my registry (Win7 SP1 64bit).

Do you mean "HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run"?

I've that path/key and CCleaner does recognize it's contents.
