Every time I try to load Recuva, the window opens for less than a second and closes again. I am unable to use the program because it never fully loads. There is no error message when this happens. I am able to run both CCleaner & Speccy just fine. Does anyone know what would cause this or how to get it to work?

This has happened before with Recuva and it seems pretty certain that it's a conflict with something else on your computer.
Is this the first time you've used Recuva, or is it a new occurrence after a period of running OK?
One or two things to try.
You could try downloading another installer in case the one you used was corrupt in some way. Sometimes downloading with a different browser can make a difference, and make sure you download it to your computer to run the installer. Don't open it and install on-line.
If that fails to make a difference, try running Recuva in "Safe Mode" (how-to in my signature if you don't know). If it runs OK, then it's more than likely a software conflict, and we'll need to try a process of elimination to track down the culprit.
