Splash Screen in Windows for CCleaner 7 is locked - I can't click Continue

I just renewed my subscription and the software Updated to 7. After the install a splash screen popped up displaying new features but I can not resize this screen and it is too large, it won’t reduce to let me click Continue to access the program. I am stuck in limbo. This is a major bug. It happened on my laptop too but I was able to turn the laptop sideways and it flipped the CCleaner Splash screen just enough for me to hit the Continue button on the Laptop only. I can not do this with my desktop. How can I fix this? I cant use the program otherwise.

I am baffled why they let such a rookie error like this be made. What I did was I changed the display resolution in my display settings to a smaller size. I was able to then sort of see and click the button that allowed me to progress.

Hi @Tracyj,
Please go into Windows Settings and set the display scale to 100%.
Run CCleaner 7 and get past the Welcome Screen.
Set your display scale back to what it was.
