I just installed the current version of Speccy onto my Windows 8 laptop. The app is reporting the wromg CPU. It is reporting that an Intel i7 is installed while an Intel i3 is actually instally. Why would this be trhe case? What is the remedy?

Ironically, CCleaner reports the correct CPU so it has to be something with the Speccy code.

please start a thread in the speccy board in order to get an answer
