The saring and discovery , File and Printer sharing service is showing as disabled. Whereas we have enabled the same. Why is it showing disabled.

This can sometimes happen when related Windows services or system policies aren’t fully syncing their state, even though they appear enabled in the settings. It’s worth checking that all dependent services are running and that no background utilities are overriding the configuration.
In some cases, Equalizer APO that works at a low level can help reveal whether settings are being applied correctly or reset after a reboot or policy refresh.
Also, reviewing local security policies and restarting the relevant services after making changes may resolve the issue.
Honestly speccy is quite outdated, they’ve not updated it in years. It has the chance of not supporting newer devices software and OS. Just my opinion
