Hello there. I bought a new pc and went directly to install Speccy as in every computer i have. Then i realize there is no CPU info.
I have Windows 11 Home 22H2, i7-12700H.

Same here. No temps show in Speccy but the temps do show in other apps. Already tried uninstalling/re-installing and running as administrator.
Hello people, same problem here. Other programs show the temperature but Speccy do not; I tried to reinstall it but the result is the same.

Speccy has not had a functional update since 2018, so it's hardly surprising that it can struggle to recognise newer CPU's and/or other components.
(They did update it last year so that the Pro version uses the new product licencing system, but no functionality was changed at that time).
We have no idea when, or even if, Piriform intend to update Speccy.

I fixed the issue by installing CPU-Z and deinstalling Speccy.
