ccleaner can't really do anything like that.
closest it sounds like is a cache corruption, which is easily fixed by clearing the cache from within the browser.
however it would help if we could know a couple of things
what browser are you using
what version of ccleaner
what Operating System version
what do you have checked off in ccleaner
