Software updater, under 'tools' for Notepad++ not recognizing 64-bit installer.

When 'software updater' runs it tries to download 32-bit installer for this program not 64-bit installer. Maybe other progs as well?

Hi @funduckit Thanks for bringing this to our attention; it sounds like something is amiss because CCleaner should be installing updates for the same version (32/64-bit) of the program that is installed, rather than it attempting to update a 64-bit version of Notepad++ with a 32-bit installer.

I will be testing this on our lab computer(s) to verify if I can replicate the issue and will report this to our Software Updater team so they can correct the problem.

I'll follow-up with you on this again as soon as possible and meanwhile, please don't hesitate to reply if anything else is needed.

Hi @funduckit I can confirm this has been resolved so as of now, Software Updater will no longer attempt to install the 32-bit version of Notepad++.
