As this is ccleaner 6 the software updater won’t be changed. However I had trouble updating those ms visual c (specifically the 32bit one) using ccleaner 7.
Download and install both x64 and x86 from
And rescan ccleaner.

I’ve done everything you’ve suggested including installing V7. I still have issues when updating Microsoft apps. Please see attached.Ccleaner V7 gives me ERROR 4

Re: Computer desktop crashes during Resolve Issues with Ccleaner V7
Since I downloaded Ccleaner version 7, I’ve been having issues with my desktop crashing at the same spot when CCleaner is at the “Resolve Issues.” At this point, I have to restart my desktop and try again which it happens at the very same spot at the start of Resolve Issues.
Can someone please help me solve this issue? Please see screenshots.
