Thanks for the report.
It is reading the version numbers in a slightly different way, and so updating them when it isn't needed.
Although I'm not sure about PotPlayer, that does look to have read the current version number at all.
This behaviour has been noticed and has been flagged up to be fixed.
This has been fixed for Speccy and Recuva, don't know about PotPlayer I don't have that here.
It has been fixed also for Potplayer
Did you check with defraggler too? that I have not installed
I have Defraggeler and it hadn't been affected at all.
I updated PotPlayer to a newer version, in this occasion I completely uninstaller ccleaner with revo uninstaller and did pc reboot, then installed ccleaner again
But the problem is still present

Kakao team (Potplayer team) replied to me, you have to check PotPlayer64.dll (or Potplayer.dll if x86) for software version and not PotPlayerMini64.exe (or PotPlayerMini.exe if x86) that is a stub file
So now you have instructions how to fix it
Can you check for the error?
Seem has not been fixed with CPU-Z
Now I email at support@ccleaner.com and will link this thread to them
