Software update stuck

I have Cleaner Pro, and unfortunately, for the past few days, the program has been stuck on a software update. Restarting the computer doesn’t help, nor does closing the program. I don’t want to reinstall it because I’m afraid CCleaner will recognize it as a new computer and ask for a new license. What should I do? I’m attaching a screenshot (in Polish).

Please follow these steps to help us investigate the issue:

  1. Replicate the issue on your end.

  2. In CCleaner, scroll to the bottom of the left-hand menu and click Help.

  3. Select CCleaner Support Tool from the options.

  4. Download and install the CCleaner Support Tool.

  5. Once installed, run the tool to generate the logs.

  6. At the end of the process, you’ll receive a 5-digit File ID.

  7. Please share that File ID with me so I can review the logs and investigate further.

I will follow up when I have an update on this. Until then, I advise you to just ignore this update or try to update it manually.

Any news? I still have ten loops, I haven’t been able to do anything in this section for 10 days… it’s stuck forever.

Applogies for the delay, I was away earler in the week.
Please could you navigate to the below folder and delete the state_cache.json file and restart you device and let me know if this resolves the issue for you?
