Since using CC to update driver, I have no sound

Hi team.

Since I’ve purchased the 1 year subscription, and used its features, I have been unable to have sound on my PC.

I did everything I could. I updated drivers, unninstalled newest windows updates, I went to device manager to see what was going on… also used several times my HP support to have the output sound back, and nothing works. This happened right after I updated all drivers using CC Cleaner. My last option was to save everything I had on my hard disk and reboot completely the PC, and guess what? It still does not work. I’m tech savvy and this is the 1st time it happened, so I am quite unsure what I can do more. I also unninstalled and reinstalled several times the realtek driver that my HP assistant web support tells me to do, and here I am, without any output sound. It’s like it does not exist at all.

Purchased the subscription back in 21 September, not only I want a refund, but I also want this fixed. I never got this issue.

This has been dragging for days. I need to keep chatting with your support team, while they give me no assistance.

I received an email to make a remote session, with no instructions. Chatted again, in time for European Time that was advised, and your chat support is once again not solving anything. They told me to answer the email and then, the email does not even get support / gives automatic message saying that I need to contact support team.

This is really a ridiculous service, I cannot even believe this.

Terrible service, I agree, but I just did the remote service and thought it was sketchy. It did not fix my problem and I think the tech may have copied my documents folder. He/she definitely clicked on it and had no need to. I fear identity theft from copying my files now. If I had to do it again, I wouldn’t. I’d just have them cancel my subscription and go elsewhere or start again with a new license.
