This is my email to the company ccleaner:
Dear Sir/Madam,
I accidentally formatted my external hard disk which has more files
and made it as a boot disk for windows. After that i noticed and
deleted the files of windows. Now i want to restore old files before formatting. when i used your product it restores only windows related
files and not my old files. Kindly help . I request your immediate
response.
