On Septermber 19, 2015 I received a critical update to my Samsung S25Plus UI 8 system due to the image zero day vulnerability.
Please tell me what I need to do to get CCleaner working again because it no longer works. Pleade be aware thatvI have already update sll Samsung services and apps as well as playstore apps and evetything else and I have restarted phone several time.
My paid for and registered copy of CCleaner does not work
Please advise.
ALSO I HAVE AN EMAIL FROM YOU AND LICENSE CREDS THAT YOUR SUPPOT EMAIL SERVER KEEPS BLOCKING MY EMAILS SAYING MY EMAIL IS NOT ASSOCIATED WITH MY LICENSE…WTF…I HAVE BEEN ON THIS PHONE 1.5 HOURS TRYING TO REDVE THIS ISSUE. PLEASE ADVISE
works on my sept 2025 rooted pixel 6pro. maybe something in samsungs update? have you tried (after assuming you’ve tried rebooting) clearing either data or cache of CCleaner app? i assume the samsung is oneui (stock rom) Android 16, and not rooted?
Update…I have cleared ccleaner cache and no joy…as stated above i made sure all was updated and restarted several times….i use ccleaner one each morning in my routine…now it goes to the first app and tries to clear cach a couplw tomes and fails…the i have to exit….
I am the originsl poster ofvthis issue. Is this the CCleaner support is non existent. I hsve an issue of a paidvpro version becausevIvcant get to support email becausevyou say I dont but I have your email woth my license creds butvI cant sendvthem tobyou for suppory. Clevet butvyou are just like microsoft. You are unbelievsble.

Can you please confirm that you added my license creds that i put on the for so i can actually send emails to support@ccleaner.com….it keeps blocking me saying no creds associated with my gmail…please confirm that you did this
I have responded to all a six of your email requests. I have provided you with all information you requested to resolve the ccleaner not working and my resolution of my license credentials being properly associated with my email. It is September 27. I have not heard from you. Please advise.
Does anyone know of an auto app cache cleaner that works and does not have these issues. Would like to know alternatives.
Yeah…sorry about that…my frustration is getting the better of me. I have a paid version, I cannot email support because they say I dont have a paid version associated with my email but I do as I sent them them the creds email they sent me when I bought it. I have given them everything they asked for to demonstrate the issue since Sept 19 when Android pushed the One UI 8 zero day exploit fix due image exploits on a S25plus.
