I am trying to run a deep scan - I chose just 'pics' on external hard drive ... its been running for about two hours and it seems to be hung up one one file

calculating time left ..... ( and no time listed )
Problem is in over two hours the number of files has not changed ?? I will let it run overnight and see what happens . I tried a competitors it took about two days to run the drive but only found 256 pics - of which I know there are at least a 1000 - hopefully this program will do a better job - if it can will be glad to buy
