I have removed search conduit successfully from my pc, however I have a bad registry entry somewhere and ccleaner is missing it.
This is the registry error I still get at startup:
Run DLL
There was a problem starting
C:\Users\(mypcsname)~1\AppData\Local\Temp\CT3299568\plugins\TBVerfier.dll
The specified module could not be found.
TBVerifier, dll was part of the malware so i obviously dont want to reinstall it but the registry error pop up on restart will not fix even after several runs of ccleaner. any fix available I have the newest version.
adwcleaner should help you remove all traces on conduit. It's updated fairly reguarly too.

the last time i've tried adwcleaner, it doesn't detect this
you need to open CCleaner > Startup > Windows > search for entry like this
"C:\Windows\SysWOW64\Rundll32.exe" "C:\Users\xx\AppData\Local\TBHostSupport\TBHostSupport.dll",DLLRunTBHostSupportPlugin
rundll32.exe "C:\Users\(mypcsname)~1\AppData\Local\Temp\CT3299568\plugins\TBVerfier.dll"
if i'm not mistaken,i've removed it using malwarebytes

Have you tried doing a manual registry search for that dll?

in my experience, both AdwCleaner & MBAM have been excellent in removing all traces of the Conduit malware.
