*Script Error Popups

I've been Plagued by the Same Script Error Popup, upon Closing - a Popup from CCleaner appears, on the Bottom, Right of my Desktop .. asking me to do a Satisfaction Survey.

If, Ignored the same Script Error keeps appearing, Followed by the Same CCleaner Survey Popup .. even after Completing the said Survey (2 Mins, Total..) the Script Error disappears, BUT, ONLY for a Short Time, afterwards, it reappears, again the Same Script Error, followed by again, the same CCleaner Survey Popup.

I, Have Sent a Support Request (3-Days ago..) to CCleaner, But haven't heard back.

Does or has Someone else has EVER experienced this Issue, PLEASE ADVISE & What can I, Do to STOP these Popups - PERMANENTLY . !!

I, an Using a NEW Desktop PC, utilizing Windows 11, O.S., & CCleaner Professional v6.17.10746 (64 Bit) .. I, Have also *Deselected, ALL Options in the *Improvements & *Offers in the Privacy Section of said Software - I, Have also Selected the *Disable Script Error Debugging(other), there is NO option, to *Disable the Script Error Notification.

PLEASE .. ANY Help would be Greatly Appreciated. Thankyou.

Can you screenshot the popup that is asking you to do the survey?

PS. Apparently support are currently very busy and taking longer than usual to deal with tickets raised.

What do you mean - is that Genuine.?

Like all popular softwares the CCleaner name can sometimes be used in scams.

While I am not saying that is the case here, and it may be a genuine CCleaner popup, I have never seen that particular popup before so am asking the staff for clarification.

The initial 'cure' in the second link was a dreadful reply from Piriform developers.

Should I, wait for futher Investigation from CCleaner Support (whenever they reply..) . ? or is there an Actual Fix, to get rid of this Annoyance, for

No fixes in there, they are posts from users over the last few years who have had to suffer the surveymonkey torture.

I was trying to offer some sort of reassurance to you that you are not alone. :)

Wait for Ccleaner Support which is super slow at the moment.

Not Impressed in the Slightest.

Seeing that I, am a CCleaner Professional Subscriber, I am Expecting a Quick Response for Support., as Indicated.

However, I, Have asked for Help with this reoccurring Script Error Popup & CCleaner Survey Popup, 5-Days ago - still NOTHING.!!

I, Need a Solution, as Quick as possible - these Popups are Disturbing my Work from Home, Atmosphere.

@Banballow I have just now had a reply.

The "How are we doing" pop-up is a genuine (if annoying) one from CCleaner.

However they took a look and did identify an issue with it that was causing the script error.

They have implemented a fix so that script error should no longer happen.

Please let us know if you are still having issues with it from now on.

I, Did notice, for 2-Days now, that the *Script Error along with the CCleaner Popup, NO Longer appears.

Such a Relief - I, Thankyou & for EVERYONE to Whom had the Patience to Work with Me & to Provide an Answer for this issue .. appreciate it, VERY much.
