Scan Registry and fix, but if I scan again new bugs show

someone in IT showed me that if you have shockwave issues especially..but possibly others..
Registry-->Scan for Issues. Fix... then Scan for issues--> (ISSUES STILL!) and basically you need to fix twice.
It would be nice if would just double-check itself and run again or maybe a setting, to allow it to run twice just in case if user wants.
In addition,. 1 button to do it all Scan registry+Cleaner would be nice.

bad idea, but that is completely my humble opinion.
any reg cleaning is not to be taken lightly and should never be done as part of any sort of routine PC maintenance.
the only possible time touching the registry is beneficial is for malware removal, or system tweaking.
