The drives getting very large, it would be a great improvement having the capability to scan only specified folders or file name or type
Well, you'd still have to scan the entire drive to make sure you captured everything. It might be easier to manage if the filtered results were extracted instead of having to manipulate the entire list every time, but I can't think how this would be done at the moment.
