I am trying to cancel an unauthorized charge for this software that hasn’t worked on my Mac for months. I have gone through the forums, uninstalled and re-installed all versions to no avail. All I want is to cancel this useless software and get my money back. Was waiting for nearly 2 hours for support and nothing. Last resort is to list this company as fraud with my bank.
