Looks like I figured out how to add ClicKey to IE8 beta2 as it is working but I had to review the tutorial step buy step in order to get it into Sandboxie.
Anything not running in the sandbox will run as per normal.
I haven't run Incredimail but it should be able to run sanboxed without any problems.
Sandboxie will only block certain apps connecting to the net if configured to do so.
I want to run my email client within Sandbox as recommended for extra protection. All sounds great, except I use Incredimail and that needs a special setup which Sandbox supplies detailed instructions for. I followed the instructions very rigorously and then did the configuration test to insure no mail is lost when you delete contents in Sandbox. It was supposed to have worked but it didn't. I went through the procedure again (twice actually) and still no good. So I can't run Incredimail in Sandbox because I would lose my mail My folders are in the default location etc.
It's very weird because according to Sanbox it should work.
Every time I tried to run an application it popped up a warning.
I guess I'm not patient enough to learn it.
What warning? If you use the free version you get a a pop up that tells you you are using the free version and it is limited. This happens only once per day the first time you launch Sandboxie.
It sounds like to me you have quick recovery set to notify you every time that you add a file to a recoverable folder. This can be turned off.
The way I have it set is that I use what ever program I am using as normal than when I close the program it automatically deletes the sandbox unless I have something in a recoverable folder than it warns me and asks if I want to recover it.
