Also consider buying it perhaps, not only to support Tzuk (the dev) but for the extras you get and the fact that a personal license means you can use it on all computers you own for life.

"...that a personal license means you can use it on all computers you own for life."

^^ That's a great deal imo and a reason why I bought a license a couple of years ago.

Thanks for the heads up about the new version. :)

I tried playing with this a couple of times and never could figure out how it works

There is a bit of a learning curve, but reading through the tutorial helped me. It has saved my backside a few times, so I'm pretty pleased with it. It packs quite a punch considering how lightweight it is.

Although it's a bit old, the general concept was explained quite well here by a user. See from post 21 in this thread Tr3bg0D

Thanks guy....definately will give it a look. I am currently running Shadow Defender on my W7 and feel like I can "almost" run anything and reboot to return it to normal state. I think I like the idea of even having Sandboxie around to keep me from firing up VMWare to test something out.

I used TimeFreeze, Returnil 2008, Returnil 2011, and settled with Sandboxie. No problems yet with it.

If you have Avast! (Any Version) you can run a built in sandbox on any program.
