Same items keep poping up durning a repeated clean

I have IE8 and XP pro SP3 with all updates. Anyway after I do an analyze I keep geting,

ANALYSIS COMPLETE - (0.066 secs)

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

134 bytes to be removed. (Approximate size)

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Details of files to be deleted (Note: No files have been deleted yet)

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

C:\Documents and Settings\User\Local Settings\Temp\History\History.IE5\desktop.ini 67 bytes

C:\Documents and Settings\User\Local Settings\Temp\Temporary Internet Files\Content.IE5\desktop.ini 67 bytes

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

When I click clean, and then do another analyze it reports the same thing. It even happens if I clean, close out the program and then restart windows. So what is going on here?. I went to check in those locations and there is nothing there!. So it is cleaning or trying to clean something that isn't actually there.

Windows will recreate desktop.ini files immediatly, if it bothers you to see them: a) Hide system files (in windows explorer) or B) exclude them from ccleaners search (cCleaner, options, exclude)
