Just purchased professional version. When running Driver Updater I get a message saying "No internet connection". This is plainly wrong as the internet is working fine. Any help appreciated
It could be your antivirus/firewall that is blocking the connection.
Can you tell us:
Which Windows version (and build if Win 10) are you using?
Which CCleaner version?
What antivirus are you using?
If it's not Windows Defender then what version is your antivirus at?
Have the same problem. Just started without any changes to the system.
All other internet based things work (even ccleaner update check).

No. It just started to happend. Didn’t record anything special in advance. Suddenly didn’t work

I using tweaking.com windows repair to restore all services.
Then I worked again. No idea what service had a problem.
