Advice given to remove stubborn items found by cleaner, that are not removed normally, is to right click and choose 'run as administrator'. When I do this I do not get this option to choose. Would appreciate help to resolve. My OS is windows 7.
What stubborn items are you talking about?
Are they registry items?
