When I try to run Ccleaner on windows it gives me the "run-time error '0'". The title of the window is CCListBar. We have tried installing the Visual Basic Runtimes, but we get an error registering oleaut32.dll.
I think you should do print-screen and upload maybe.
I think applications coded in Visual Basic used to spit out messages containing something similiar to "Run-time error '0'" sometimes.
Maybe it is a bug...
Start > Run...
regsvr32 C:\Program Files\CCleaner\CCListbar.ocx
Start > Run...
regsrv32 C:\Program Files\CCleaner\CCListbar.ocx
I'm having the same issue. I tried this (note it's spelled "regsvr32", not "regsrv32"), but it's still giving the error. I can launch it fine in a VM which is similarly configured (XP SP2, Symantec Antivirus).

Download DAF. Scroll down the page, and download the Full Version.
1. Once installed, open DAF and click Tools > Repair Permissions > click Go > then reboot.
2. Open DAF again > tick all of the boxes in the "Registration Center" > click Go > Reboot.
Did this work?
