Rucova crashed when start the scan

I had accidentally formatted the wrong HD and immediately tried to retrieve the files with RUCOVA. Unfortunately, the program crashed when starting the scan and got a window to submit a crash report.
Tried several times to start the scan and send the report. What to do now?

Try scanning without the Deep Scan and see if this occurs.

Thank you for your help Johnccleaner, but the action you advised me to take, do not work. So I contact the piriform support, you mentioned and explained my problem.

Same issue, any resolve?

Both of those links are broken. Please fix or correct your provided suggestion or deleted your post as irrelevant.

We are aware that there is a problem with the support.piriform.com servers and have flagged it up to the company staff.

As the mods here are users ourselves and not employees there is not much more that we can do about a broken server.
